A Customers Testimonial
My customers are just perfect people, or at least that is the way that I feel. I receive tons of emails every month and I would like to share some of them with you. The bell goes off and there it is, a message from my perfect customer, telling me how they liked or loved there perfect flowers! 
O.K. not everything is perfect, just really close. When it comes to you, my customer, I really do try hard to make your Flower order as perfect as possible. After all, I do want you to come back.

Two years ago you did a great job on flowers for my mother. I want to order a similar arrangement for her birthday again. I would like the flowers delivered Saturday August 7. I used this email to reach you as it is after hours in Gainesville. I don;t except the discount mentioned on the email as I know this is a two year old ad.
The photo at the bottom of the email is what you sent me two years ago as a photo of the flowers sent to my mom. Please give me another arrangement similar to this one.

Thank you so much for the beautiful arrangement for the Cochran funeral. I appreciated that you understood immediately what I wanted and took the time to listen to me and then made an arrangement exactly the way I wanted it. It was also nice having the pictures emailed to me since I couldn’t see the flowers in person. The family members called me the night after the funeral and told me how beautiful they were and they took them home with them to enjoy. The family said that everyone was saying how beautiful they were.
